If the preset buttons and camera preview don't show up on the UCI, it's almost always because the camera code names in the UCI Kit config are either missing or don't match the camera components in the Q-SYS design. The UCI uses those codes to reach the camera — if the reference is wrong or blank, there's nothing to preview and no presets to recall.

Double-check that every camera code name in the UCI Kit config matches the exact Code Name of the corresponding camera component in the Q-SYS design. Case and spelling have to match.

If the code names look right and it's still not working, the next thing to check is Script Access on the camera, Camera Bridge, Camera Router, and HID Conferencing blocks.
